I am 5'8", 155lbs, 34DD and I got a medium in gray. It fit well, the material is thick and supportive and the shorts are really high waisted. The top comes with removable pads that are pretty easy to take out. I wore it to a 2 hour Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class under my gi. Being that its July I was completely drenched by the end of class and this set was still completely opaque and it did a decent job of wicking the sweat away. The shorts did ride down a little bit but I think for normal exercise or just as an athleisure look they will stay up totally fine.I also bought the light blue for a friend for her birthday and the color is really nice in person.
